Boulevard Barbeque was founded in 2019 by Michael Samolinski and Alexander Randall, both originally from Mount Airy, North Carolina. After years in the restaurant industry, they built a shared passion for smokin’ and servin’ real barbeque. Since opening in February 2020, Boulevard has proudly called Morganton home.
Today, Boulevard Barbeque is led by Mike alongside Sam and their children, Maverick and Skyler, keeping it rooted as a true family-driven business. Alex has since moved on to pursue another restaurant venture in Elkin, NC, and we wish him continued success.
At Boulevard, we keep it simple and honest—fresh pork shoulders smoked low and slow for up to 16 hours over 100% hickory wood. Our in-house sauces and rubs are built on Carolina tradition, with bold, balanced flavors that let the smoke do the talking.
